Worst mental health facility! Ten yrs ago I was pleased with care my loved one received. Now the nurses who answer the phones are rude and one even hung up on me.They have not honored scripts for needed brain MRI, nor administered medications my loved one has been prescribed for other serious med condition. I have had to call 3x day, and am told 3x a day that it is corrected in their computer.
