My mother was there for several months before passing. She was well taken care of. Of course, this is at a premium price. Upon her passing, I was owed a $1,600.00 refund. They were quick to tell me about this refund. Got a call from corporate billing that asked some questions before before processing my check. So now, since May 26th. of 2021, I have not seen a refund.
