Karl and his crew just installed a new roof and gutters for me this week. Would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a roofing contractor. Guys worked hard for two days. Not only installing my roof but, correcting problems previous installer made. So great not only having a local installer but, one who cares about their work.
I am so happy with my roof and the experience with Benedict Roofing. The crew were SO nice and did a great job. They worked efficiently and were very respectful. The team went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough! Also a shoutout to Carl- thanks for dropping off that piece for the gutter. :)
Our roof failed after 12 years due to a lack of air circulation (the decking sat directly on top of 12 inches of solid insulation).. The roof had to be raised - no easy task because our rafters are steel. Benedict did a great job of raising the decking to allow air circulation. The roof looks fantastic and functions as it should. Because of the added difficulty of steel rafters, the price was more expensive than a normal roofing job, but it was quite fair. Eric and his crew did a terrific job on our roof. We had a leak from our chimney that damaged the ceiling in the great room. Benedict Roofing rebuilt and resided the chimney, re-flashed around the chimney and re-shingled that portion of the roof. We had serious rain for 3-4 days after the job was done, and there was not any leaking! Well done, Benedict Roofing!
Inclement weather caused a tree branch to go through my roof. They were there to do the repairs the next day! Courteous professional service!
