It is no wonder why the word "service" is in their name, Benedict Refrigeration SERVICE! Our oven at The Dock Coffee in Spooner quit working during our lunch rush yesterday, I called Benedict's and was worried that our oven would be down over Memorial weekend. Within 2 hours of my call, Mike the service technician had arrived, fixed the problem and we were back in business! What a great experience - from the woman that took my call to the service person...very prompt, professional and friendly! Highly recommend them!

Benedict refrigeration came out to my business to fix my ice machine and 2 weeks later it broke again. The day I called them they sent someone out, he spent about 3 hours on it and now it is working better than ever. Best of all they didn't even charge me for the 2nd visit. Very happy with them, will recommend to others!
