So the person who wrote about Maria Sánchez is incorrect. Maria does NOT work for BRG she works for an entirely different company. She takes BRGs calls but in all honestly she doesn't have too. Whoever Alexia is has wrong indo but that's standard with BRG and their mismanagement as slumloards. Passing the buck and not doing their jobs.

I seriously tried to give BRG the benefit of the doubt!! But I’m afraid their reputation precedes them. Right now it’s 1:15am and there is NO heat in my apartment it’s freezing! When they do decide to give heat it’s sporadic and it’s only in for a few minutes! Apparently the manager informed one of the tenants that the heat is controlled by an outside company!! Here is an Update to my original review.. I am keeping the 5 star review as is! In all the years I have lived at Martinique Plaza never has my apartment ever been so warm & cozy. They give exceptional heat, always have hot water and the building is very well maintained. We could never figure out why the bedrooms radiator never shot out enough heat no matter how many times it was cleaned, bled or valve replaced. For now I will give them the 5 stars. BRG just took over the building where I live in so they deserve a chance. Honestly I don’t know any landlord that has perfect ratings. You can’t make everyone happy and some tenants are very rude and impossible to satisfy. So with that said. I wish them success in this new venture, and hope that my dealings with them will be positive.

The lady who works for their management Maria Sanchez is very rude to the tenants she never complies with doing her job. She need better training or a new job. As well as the super. He’s not professional whatsoever. They need better staff here it’s ridiculous.
