I was moved into a brg building it's a slum I told one of the landlords to tell my program to move me out the building smells.there's unfinished tiles on my bathroom floor where there is a hole But there's bugs all over. And I want to leave it's not a new building and there's no air no screens leaks in the ceilings and in the bathroom there's only grout they left the bathroom floor around the toilet open and bugs and a really bad smell coming from there . NEVER rent an apartment here. It's just for crazy people. The management is the worst. They don't care the buildings just money. If you have a complaint about the apartment or neighbors (with police included) they don't pay attention, they just ignore you. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
BRG MGT is awful. If I could, 0 stars would be the only way to go. I live in Rego Park, Queens and since they took over the building has not been cleaned properly at all. The super is the worst and does not care about anything at all. When I emailed management about the filth, the super had the audacity to reach out and ask why I did not call him. Basically, I need to call him to tell him to do his job. Nobody cares. Absolutely awful. Stay away from these properties. NEVER rent with them or you will live in garbage. SO SAD W... read more
