My family has been seeing Dr.Benedict for many years and he is awesome. However, within the last few the office staff have become horrible. It doesn't matter how often or how early you call in for a prescription. When you try to explain that time is of the essence you get a he'll get to it when he gets to it response. I can call, my pharmacy, and even my sister but nothing happens. I wish there was a place to contact him directly because two minutes on the phone with him and the issue would be resolved.
This is one of the Most outstanding Doctors in the Tri-Cities. His demeanor and outstanding Kindness is amazing! He is Extremely knowledgeable, Compassionate and caring! I would recommend him to everyone I see!

I searched for years to find a PCP that I felt listened to me and that I could trust. I found that in Dr. Benedict. I have moved my whole family to his practice and we are all thrilled with his level of care and how he takes the time to listen and make sure he understands our needs. Very lucky to have found him as our doctor!
Dr. Benedict sees myself as well as my three children. He is the most supportive, patient and caring doctor I've ever seen! He takes the time to sit and talk with you and never seems to be in any kind of hurry. He has been treating me for PPD the last few months and has been so helpful and understanding through everything!! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor :)
Dr. Benedict takes time to query, listen and explain any patient issues or concerns. I've never felt rushed or that he was concerned about anything other than our doctor/patient exchange. He's very easy to talk to and is excellent at putting treatment alternatives out for consideration and urgency (or lack of same) into perspective.
