Had a great experience with Dr DiGiovanni. He was thorough, great at explaining everything, and made a good plan for me to get better!!
I saw him for a sprained ankle. He addressed all of my concerns, went through the X-ray image with me and wrote up a detailed report of recommendations. Even though my injury turned out to be a standard sprain that didn’t need surgery or MRI, it had been traumatic and painful enough that I wanted to get it checked out. I found him to be warm, patient, thorough and kind.
I visited his Victor office for an Achilles tendon problem. Dr benedict gets rude when you ask him to explain x-rays in any detail. I injured my ankle again since I had the first x-rays done. I asked for another xray to see what changed he reluctantly let me have a second x-ray. When it came time to explain it he said it's fine I said I want a little more detail. Dr.Digiovanni saw me once and said I could go to physical therapy OR a nerve doctor OR a podiatrist. I'm not the doctor, he is and I thought he'd at least try to figure out my foot pain before referring me to multiple other places. I got an MRI done after pushing have this office order it to try and get to the root of my problem. After 2 my chart messages and a phone call they FINALLY responded a week after my test.
