I scheduled an appointment with this clinic, and wanted to provide them over the phone with my insurance information. The person on the phone stated no worries you can bring your insurance at the visit. At the vist the fron desk lady states My PPO insurance does not cover office Visit??! After speaking with insurance and showing her the chat, she advise me to wait, then advise to come tomorrow provider can not see me.. Terrible service...
