I was looking for a new waxing place since moving to the area and Renate's reviews are well deserved! I went to her for an eyebrow, chin, and underarm wax - 5 stars indeed!. Most places throw on some wax, rip it off, and you are out the door. Not here. Renate asked about my skin and history with waxing. I recently had a facial wellness session with Renate and it was the best I have ever had. She took time to learn what was important to me as the client and then told me what she recommended. She uses organic products without the use of needles or Injections. She’s very thorough and attentive. Once my session was over, she answered my questions as to products, etc without feeling rushed. I would highly recommend her & Beneath the Surface Wellness without hesitation.
I had the most amazing facial with Renate! From start to finish, it was such a relaxing and refreshing experience. The beautiful aromas and her gentle touch made it absolutely heavenly. My skin feels incredible, and I left feeling so pampered and peaceful. Highly recommend her—she truly has magic hands!
Wow!! This was above and beyond any expectation! It wasn’t a facial, it was a true experience. Renate was so thorough and had me more relaxed than I have been in months. She doesn’t rush and takes her time. She allowed me to just be present and soak in the experience. I can’t wait to take advantage of more of her options.
