Shauna Farthing was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the muscles throughout your body. She gave advice on things to help improve your sore muscles. The massage she gave was heavenly. She will go at your comfort level. You get to chose the scent she uses to help soothe & comfort you. Highly recommend her!
