if i could put 0 stars, i would. i went in to get a silk press yesterday, everything was great until it was time to straighten my hair. I have an industrial piercing on my left ear. the lady with long wazy blonde hair ripped out my piercing, i was bleeding & every thing.. she didn't say sorry. the owner didn't say sorry either. They didn't even give me a discount or anything for what had happened.
