Had questions so I utilized the website Chat feature. Was put in contact with Kat Peters who was fantastic. Was knowledgeable and gave quick and accurate answers and helped me find the best lift for my garage. Purchase was smooth and quick and she worked with me to set up the best option for shipping. Very happy and Kat was great to with with!
Update: 4 years later and I just purchased my second BendPak Lift from Kat. I appreciate Kat very much for all of the help and her patience. Thank you Kat. Bendpak lifts and their staff is the best!
