We used Bendix Home Inspection to inspect the home we are purchasing. Rick was very thorough and spent 2.5 hours checking the entire house and garage, inside and out. His pricing is very simple, one flat price based on the size of the house with no additional fees or charges. He did not try to sell us any other products, even to the point of stating that he could do a radon inspection, but recommended that we just by a test kit from Lowes or Home Depot, as it would be cheaper this way.
