I am incredibly disappointed with the management of this development company. Our friend has been a loyal tenant in their strip plaza for five years, running a thriving business that not only brought in consistent foot traffic but also significantly benefited the surrounding restaurants and shops. Dealing with Benderson Development has been a horrendous experience. This company operates with zero regard for ethics or the well-being of its tenants. They treat tenants like disposable assets, imposing unreasonable demands and making arbitrary decisions that force small businesses to close without any valid reason. Their behavior is not only unprofessional but downright predatory. Their management is unresponsive and dismissive. Rude staff, Eric & Lynn both rude was not a nice person either.. proceed with caution. This is my personal experience that I encountered and how I feel based off my encounter with them.
Real Estate Brokers and Agents, Proceed With Caution. Our firm signed a simple, one-page Commission Agreement with Benderson Development in August 2019 that entitled our company to receive a commission for referring a tenant to Benderson Development. The Commission Agreement stated that the commission was to be paid upon the opening of the business.
