We've used them for years. Tree roots periodically block our sewer line. They use the backflow stop access point to snake the line. It's Sunday and we had a problem, but they couldn't come out, so we called someone else (which is understandable-- this isn't my complaint). While I was standing there, the other company found the backflow access loose (removed easily by hand) and the flap that acts as a backflow preventer on the ground next to the access point-- it wasn't reinstalled!
