One star, since I cant give no stars. we worked with Bender back in 2015 Billie Stevens, to say the least was not happy with the results, and or our realtor not having the back bone to stand up to unrealistic requests from the seller, we had agree to multiple requests from the seller, the last one broke the camel back to say the least.
