Property Managers are great, community managers, not so much
Misty is great.
Misty has really stepped up and taken on temporary property management after the previous manager unexpectedly left. She’s been incredibly helpful and supportive as I get ready to move into the apartments. I really appreciate her willingness to step in, answer questions, and help make the transition as smooth as possible. Her help has made a big difference during what could have otherwise been a stressful process.
My mom lives at one of the properties they own in Glendale Heights, IL called Gladstone apartments. The property manager named Maria is one of the rudest people to deal with. You guys should install customer oriented people there, as this the third 3rd year my mom renewed and she’s most likely not going to renew next year and will discourage others from coming there until this woman gets reprimanded.
