If I could leave a negative star I would. This is quite literally the worst thing that has ever happened to my apartment complex. I don’t know where to begin. Let’s start with this. Edgewood apartments in Woodridge IL aren’t worth the money they charge for rent. I’ve been living there for over 2yrs and the pool isn’t even usable. You can put in a maintenance request and nothing gets done in a timely manner. The hallways are dirty, smelly, and as soon as you walk up to the apartment there’s dog feces on the sidewalk. Children playing unsupervised in the parking lot. Dangerous for sure. You need to have better control over your property and management staff. Carriage Creek Apartments. Your tenants seem to be more in control than your management staff and and all involved. You allow them to park anywhere anyways. You send out messages as if your going to tow vehicles improperly parked and nothing is done about it. I am wondering if this is the same company that just took over Carriage Creek Apartments in Richton Park IL. After reading reviews have me wondering. They was on premises being seen here and there before the buy out and now you see no one. This place has become so Trashy even the office employees have nothing to say but the same damn thing.
