Ther is a long history of violence, shootings, and drugs at their Lakeview Apartments location in Kalamazoo, Mi. They claim I owe them $243 from my last month i lived there. I tried to talk with management, I tried to contact the main office in Chicago but no one has reached out to talk with me. They fired the previous management who made these claims so there is no one to talk about it with. They put it on my credit score. Do not use this company! This company supports apartment complexes who file retaliatory evictions. Don't rent from any complexes "managed" by these people

This review is referencing Brix on Morse, formerly Reside on Morse. Bender Management bought my last apartment building a few months into a renewed lease. I had lived in that property for 3 years before they took over. The changes around the building were noticeable the week they assumed control. Daily cleanings were reduced to only a couple of times a week. The trash and recycling rooms on each floor went from daily removal to once a week—if you were lucky. Oppression and fear and financial ruin- expect that with Bender Management. Expect to pay $1,700 for a terrible 1 bedroom. Mark my words one day this place will have a class action lawsuit. We are working on raising awareness on the corruption of this company and will be releasing a YouTube video with our findings. They will attempt to rob you blind. I reside at Edgewood Apartments, 8111 Route 53 in Woodridge. New property manager Hakim has been a pleasant addition to our community. Only on the job for little more than a month, he has already made improvements such as cleaning building exteriors on a scheduled basis, replacing garbage bins that were in disrepair, etc. Very welcoming presence in the office.
