If this dealer treats all their customers the way I was treated, they won't be in business much longer. Getting put on hold for over 30 minutes is not good business practices. I never had this kind of treatment from my former Chevy dealer in Illinois. Makes me think they don't care whether I give them business or not.
I had an excellent experience! The Customer Service Consultant Bryant was ready for me when I arrived at 1 pm for my appointment to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I waited in the waiting room for a little under an hour and my truck was ready. I like that in between I was updated on the progress of my service through a Google App and on the TV Screen in the customer lounge. Good place
I had called the dealership and spoke to Nathan prior to bringing my truck for oil change service. I asked what it would cost to do my oil change for my truck. Gave my vin #. So Nathan new my exact engine specs in order to give me a quote. So quote was 79.95 plus tax for 8 quarts ac synthetic oil and ac welcome filter. When I pick up the truck the bill was about 20$ more than I was told on the phone. The attendant that cashed me out said it was because my truck took 8 quarts instead of 5.
