Ms Bender was very knowledgable and kind in dealing with us until I informed her that I was going to get my glasses elsewhere. All of a sudden she was distant and aloof. She mentioned to her front desk to give us a prescription and then turned her attention elsewhere. By elsewhere I mean behind the front desk to play with her dog and ignore that we were even there anymore. RecommendedThe staff here is amazing! I was pleased with my experience from beginning to end, including my first phone call to book the appointment. I was unaware who I could see for my then, less than 1 year old son. Not only did his exam with the doctor put me at ease but their entire staff made us feel welcome and remain comfortable throughout our visit(s).
Thank you so much. You were absolutely amazing with my 2yr old. I can’t wait for her glasses to come in and see how much she loves having clear vision. Thank you for being patient with her. Your state of the art equipment and easy going calm personality were very reassuring and made the exam easy for everyone involved.
Dr. Bender was very patient and kind with me, as having eye issues since I was a kid makes me super-skittish with anything near my eyes. She was awesome and made my visit a breeze! And the gentleman that helped me pick out my new glasses was spot-on! Can’t wait to get them!
Found Dr Bender after my husband scratched his cornea very badly. I was looking for emergency eye care. Dr Bender went above and beyond in every regard to take care of my husband. We are both trusting all of our future eye care needs to her. We don't care how far we have to drive. Thank you Dr Bender!
