Alex was one of the best agents I have worked with to date. He stayed on top of every part of the acquisition process including due diligence, closing and post close. He served as an investment consultant when needed and provided invaluable advice. He worked alongside to gather the information we needed to make informed decisions and filled in the gaps with his expertise of the Sioux Falls market. We had a very good experience with Alex and hope to continue to tackle more projects with him in the future!
