I always usually appreciate Bender’s, but this time they left me disappointed. I made an appointment on Thursday for Friday morning at 8:00. I was there for over two hours and I was the first one in at 8:00 on Friday for an oil change. The reason for the wait was they said they had to order my oil and filter. I bought my truck here and was told I could bring it in for service work. I am not mad, just disappointed in having to wait so long since I had made an appointment.
After over a month they finally decided to buy back the vehicle they sold me. They were supposed to refund my down-payment considering the reason they bought back the vehicle was breach of contract on their end due to the vehicle not having catalytic converters equipped and their technicians erasing the engine codes prior to putting the vehicle on the lot, confirmed by GM Brad Bender(they came back on less than 24 hours into owning the vehicle.) I had the best experience that I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Rachel, was excellent and was very knowledgeable on the vehicle I purchased. She was not pushy and she was definitely in it to satisfy me, the customer. The entire Bender crew, Rachel, Chad and Cesar, were so very helpful and they made my purchase even more comfortable and enjoyable!
