I had called the dealership and spoke to Nathan prior to bringing my truck for oil change service. I asked what it would cost to do my oil change for my truck. Gave my vin #. So Nathan new my exact engine specs in order to give me a quote. So quote was 79.95 plus tax for 8 quarts ac synthetic oil and ac welcome filter. When I pick up the truck the bill was about 20$ more than I was told on the phone. The attendant that cashed me out said it was because my truck took 8 quarts instead of 5. Brad Bender made the purchase exceptionally easy on short notice. I only gave him a week to find me a truck to meet my tax year end and he was able to get me exactly what I wanted and even in the right color. When I went to pick it up I was able to spend about 30 minutes to sign the paperwork and out the door. I will definitely buy my next truck from Bender GMC!
