I came in with a dress that I pretty much asked them to COMPLETELY redo within two weeks on TOP of their already busy schedule and they have absolutely delivered a perfect fit and length my dress is more beautiful than I could've imagined and they were so kind and willing to work with me I couldn't stress more that Bend Wedding and Formal is WHERE YOU NEED TO GO!!!!

I stopped in today freaking out. I made the mistake of ordering online from David’s bridal and my dress was huge, beautiful, but huge. I had gone to another place first and the price and “pinning” killed me. It was horrible I almost cried. THEN I walked into this store and was greeted with such great customer service!! So helpful. I came in and told the woman who was at the front desk my story. She told me to bring in a dress and wait for an appointment to be finished. Kathleen and her whole team at Bend wedding and formal, spent countless hours and a lot of their personal time, including late nights, altering my wedding dress to make sure it was perfect! She was fun and always made my mom and I laugh. I highly recommend Kathleen and her team to be your wedding dress shop. Their prices were affordable, this place is worth your time.
