Kathleen and her staff helped my family get ready for a wedding. She was professional and attended to every detail in a timely manner. I really appreciated her knowledge and the customer service I received. I'll definitely be going back!!
Had an amazing experience here! Came in because my dress I ordered offline didn't fit and was on a very right budget. The owner was very understanding and helped me find an amazing dress that fit in my budget. And she gave me a discount! Wouldn't go anywhere else :) if you need anything go here!

My experience was about a year ago. My wedding planning was crazy. I absolutely loved my dress and everything was done to make it right but at first there were some hiccups as I felt that someone there was trying to take advantage of my situation and charge me hundreds for alterations. When I talked to the owner she said it wasn't even half of what I was previously quoted. Bend Wedding and Formal was excellent! They were so helpful and kind, really listening to what I wanted. They really helped me find the best dress for the best price. The selection was great and I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great dress for any formal occasion! (Especially prom)
The staff here are so helpful! All the prices are reasonable, and I was even helped to find accessories that complemented the dress!
