I have zero issues with any physicians at this clinic.. But at least some in the procedure appointment desk define rude. I have never been treated so poorly by staff for simply trying to rescheduling a procedure which by the waywas refused .. Who ever manages this facility needs rethink who they have dealing with folks over the phone.. No one deserves this sort of treatment period especially when it involves sensitive issues..
My husband had a great experience here.
