Wow, don't know where to start... Arrogant, completely unprofessional and totally unsafe. Had these jokers put tires on our car and not only did the first set not fit the second set blew out the sidewall. Then he has the "gumption" lol to slam us on our business page. Never did any work for him and will NEVER have him do ANY work on any of our rigs.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! Support another /different local business, but, I'd stay away from Jake Gumpstas. What a joke.
Love my new tires and they are nice honest people to deal with I will be going back for another set for my other vehicle soon :)
Agree with Matt Freeman, it took four trips back to get proper balance, and it was the new guy who got it right!! On another note, does not follow through on deals made and sells you trash that is not right for vehicle(wrong size wheel and tire that went flat). Would not make good on it, refunded only a fraction of cost to me. Do not do business with him, unless you like him and want to see him on a regular basis!!
I purchased two sets of tires and we are very happy with them. The customer service was awesome and very efficient. Highly recommend these guys over any other tire place in town. Thank you Gumpsta!
