VERY IMCOMPETENT ORGANIZATION- GO ANYWHERE ELSE I was scheduled for a medical procedure and was given medication for prepping by the pharmacy. The pharmacist said " do not follow instructions on medication label, someone will call you with prep instructions". Nobody ever reached out to me an there was nobody for me to reach out too. I arrived on the day of my procedure and was turned away because I wasn't prepped. I did everything requested of me for the procedure which included a day of fasting.
