when i was picking up my uhaul truck, i asked if i could bring it back before they opened and he said yes no problem, so i brought it back at 8:45am instead of 9:00am. he failed to mention it would cost me an extra $20 for an "after hours service fee", and i find that to be dishonest. it's literally no extra work on their part. i would choose one of the other places in town to rent from
Not sure why I am seeing negative reviews, I have been a customer there for 5 years and have had nothing but excellent service
