Being a customer for the past 7 months I have encountered several issues with Bend Sentry Storage. Not only is their accounting system in place not accurate but the customer service is a joke. I've been locked out of my storage unit twice for no reason per management. This is not okay, my payments are always up to date. Also, the gate was broke down one night as the manager stated he has a tweeker working on it. Completely unacceptable.a turn over in employees and management has caused a hardship for this company. This place really needs to get it together. They don’t have anyone working who knows how to set up a rental, the poor groundskeeper is in the office doing his best to use their dated software. Their website does not work so you can’t reserve online. I was in the office for the better part of an hour just trying to get a unit. Whoever owns this place needs to step up and do their job to make sure it is running smoothly. Go elsewhere.
