The new owners are corporate and do not care to have direct contact with customers. They kept sending me invoices with erroneous charges and do not respond to phone calls or texts. They instead keep trying to charge for insurance I don't need and then added a late fee for the unpaid insurance. Unfortunately the onsite personnel's hands are tied. Do not do business here. Every step of the way there was a major inconvenience and mistake. Incorrect billing, incorrect gate code, they locked me out after I called several times to confirm my move out date. This place is a horrible business. Storage units should not be a constant inconvenience, you should be able to set it and forget it. Doing business here is like having a full time job.
