Has absolutely gone down hill after previous owners retired, paid them 130 dollars a month to keep a second lock on my unit. DO NOT STORE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Unfortunately, my entire experience with Bend Sentry Storage has been defined by incompetence. Their online “50% off for four months” special never worked, even after multiple calls, and I ultimately had to set everything up in person—something they also struggled to handle. The security they advertise is basically nonexistent. I repeatedly saw people lingering around units near closing time, appearing as if they were staying overnight. Do not choose this storage facility if you value service and financial accuracy. My auto payments continued months after they were replaced resulting in double payment. Gary, Donna and bend sentry storage have not corrected and refunded the money for over 3 months. Emails are not returned, promises for resolution are not kept and calls are not answered.
