Horrible customer service! I reached out to them on a Facebook ad and KINDLY offered them a slightly lower amount than they had listed. Rod declined (understandably) and I replied with a RESPECTFUL response stating that I understand and if “anything changes to let me know”. They blocked and reported me to Facebook! Like why?? That is not how you do customer service! No worries about not accepting my offer… But don’t go above and beyond to try to ruin someone’s Facebook ratings because you didn’t like an offer. Do better!
