Our first experience of working with Matt was a request to complete an urgent real estate need. It was to make an offer on a home that was most likely going to get multiple offers. Matt Johnson was extremely easy to work with very friendly an informative and on time for all meetings. He made the process of purchasing a home super simple. If I ever have a need for a real estate agent in the future he would definitely be the one to go to, I would recommend them to anybody.
Matt was a great realtor, very knowledgeable about the area, pricing and trends. He rightly convinced us to sell when we hadn’t even thought about it. It was definitely the right move for our investment property. We closed a strong deal in just two months after listing the home on the market. It was during the holiday season too but he did not miss a beat or a deadline. We had a very positive experience with Matt and his team.
Matt was an absolute joy to work with. He has a very calming presence and when things were stressful for us, he was wonderful at supporting and listening to us. He was extremely knowledgeable and the suggestions he made in preparing our house for sale paid off well. I highly recommend Matt!
