Great Place if you are looking for a sense of community and a quiet neighborhood. I have lived here for 8 years and I dont plan on moving as time soon.
We lived there for over 3 years. There are always water leaks problems, and only one maintance guy is available for the whole apt. The apt is not in good shape at all... they are now starting to raise the rent for all renter and try to cover up the ugliest by doing a little more landscaping around. We have been wanting to move for a long time, the only reason that we live there for so long because we have big dog, and not many apt accept big dog around here.
