(Editing my review to update about another wonderful visit to Bend of Ivy Lodge!) We are so grateful for the opportunity to hold our staff retreat in such a beautiful and restorative place last month (June '19). I spent a few days here with a group of ladies and I can't say enough good things about this incredibly magical setting! So inspirational, so peaceful, and absolutely gorgeous. I can not wait to return!

This place is without a doubt the most sacred and enchanted retreat I have ever been to. Every branch and every acorn are soaked in love. Any time of the day, there was something special, the air, the light, the stillness... The connection to Mother Earth is incredible here. I left a little piece of my heart at this magical place and I will definitely return. The grounds are incredible, tamed just enough to compliment the wild beauty that surrounds the property and provide ease to guests. The lodge is cozy and encourages rest and reflection. I love how they thought of providing a supply of walking sticks, umbrellas and bug spray at the door. There was a heron on the pond one morning and the family of goats visited us a few times during the day. This place is loved.
Since October 2014 I spent 4 weeks at BOI for Leadership retreats with CTI. Over this time we experienced BOI in the four seasons. The grounds were so lovely and relaxing. The accommodations comfortable.
