Hi there, this post is only about my experience at the Klamath Falls office of Bend Dermatology. I saw Dr. May, the head of Bend Dermatology, and he was excellent to work with. He took the time to listen and not rush the visit. He was very thorough. My check-in experience with the office staff went well and I used a tablet to give them the information requested. I gave the preferred pharmacy of my usage, CVS, as well during the tablet check-in. It was at checkout that things went off the rails and thus my low star rating. It... read more
Wonderful office & staff, Lexie is the best, so thorough & thoughtful & her assistant also
My experience was really good and I cannot complain! They are very professional and make you feel welcome there for sure. They are very thorough! They take the time to explain things to you. I would tell anybody to go in and get themselves checked out to make sure that they don’t have cancer or something else going on. They are very good at what they do no doubt!
