While my experience with the shop is limited as I live 1500 miles away, it was top notch regardless. I was in town for the Leadman Epic 250 tri when my back tire decided to blow out randomly (which didn't help my nerves) on the way to check the bike. Took it to Bend Cyclery asking for help. I think they could tell I was stressed since they got me a beer and took care of setting me up with a new tube. Didn't even charge me either.
