I needed a Steering Knuckle for my 1972 Datsun 240Z, they had one, reasonable price, got it the next day (I live in Salem, Oregon), got it to the shop, they should be installing soon... it was a good deal all-round. My wife called three times before I went and picked up the part we needed. Each time they were super kind and helpful to her and had lots of information. When I went to get the part they had it waiting for me and was able to talk about a few other things we might need. Very excited to do business with them again. This is the greatest place to get affordable parts for whatever you need. I have gone to a competitor at Redmond and I couldn't believe the answer I got when I asked them why they charge just to look for a part. The answer was, "Because they do it that way in California!" Central Oregon is NOT California! I will not pay an admission fee to shop for something they would make money on. VERY BAD BUSINESS!! cashiers are rude, they never have the parts I need, and they are way over priced! I will not give them my business again!
I will be buying parts at other location now after the talking down on the phone this morning. Yes, I know not all parts are the same for every car; Yes I know I need to know what type of pickup the part is for; Yes, I know I need to know which SIDE of the pickup I need the part for. Good service – I have came to bend auto wrecking several times now for misc parts on my car and they always have what I need. If I call the part in, they have it ready for me once I come to the door. Service is great and prices are reasonable. I always come here for parts before I go anywhere else.
