I originally called about a bill I received that had not been correctly billed through insurance. The first employee I talked to was rude and unhelpful. So I called back on 3 way with my insurance company and got ahold of Cory. Cory is not even in the billing department yet went above and beyond to make sure my bill had been corrected. He called me 3 different times with updates and was very professional, kind, and diligent.
