Worst of the worst. I went through weeks of what was supposed to be 40 minute repair of replacing a cooling fan. When part was replaced, the laptop would not boot up. The hard drive, 2nd item removed from the laptop upon disassembly, was test on a cloning dock, and found to be it the same working order as when the computer was in my possession.
