Very unprofessional and rude.
The nicest thing I have to say about BENCO is that they are very good at sending someone (usually Steve - a nice man and great contractor) right away to address issues, but they have a general expectation that tenants are home whenever they feel coming swinging by. I cannot count the number of days I've had to stay home and miss work all day so that they can enter the unit. The family are known abusers and lice in one lifestyle after the Mother who use to get fabrege eggs as a present from one of the family members gramma because they stole her eggs. The family has continued to abuse the woman by creating more children knowing she was told in her first marriage not to have children. The curio cabinet was filled with eggs. Ps my daughter looks just like the first born huh? Hb belated

These people are the worst and most condescending so called professionals I have EVER had to deal with. Karen and her side kick make accusations that are unwarranted toward their tenants. If I could give this company zero stars I would. These people lie and and like the other reviews state … they are rude and unprofessional and slow to fix anything. Stay away from any property managed by Karen if you want a peaceful rental.
