$55 IN CONNECTION FEES EACH MONTH JUST TO HAVE SERVICE... I count my KWH usage and was SHOCKED when the bill was $50 more than I was expecting. I figured we had an appliance that was eating power until I looked at the bill and busted out laughing. I am used to a $20 and $15 service charge the last two places I lived for 10 years. THEN when we couldn't AFFORD our bill, they charged us $30 which was just FANTASTIC. so $85 JUST to have service and not USE anything. THANKS BENCO!
Really benco?? You guys are more expensive than any other electric/gas company I have had, FOR WHAT???? Bad customer service?? Paula is legit the worst person I have ever dealt with. I have worked in customer service for DECADES and let me tell you, the job either makes you more empathetic and mature - where you learn to not let your feelings dictate your mood and treatment of customers or you're the opposite and end up like Paula.
Very difficult to get a hold of them during "business hours"
This company has terrible customer service. I've been trying for 5 months to get my Mom's electric bill in my name. 5 frickin call to customer service and they have screwed it up EVERY Time!!!!
