DISGRACEFUL – Especially in todays economy it is important to support local small businesses, however, what about those small businesses such as Benchmark (Maytag) that $teals and uses clients for profit ONLY?? This is a DISGRACE this is 1 reason the last of the local small businesses are no longer able to hold on!! people don't trust them to deal honestly with them!! Total Lack of Respect for Clients!!! – Total Lack of Respect for Consumers!! This company does not respect their customers or consumers...as a matter of fact I personally think they HATE them...they ONLY Love their $$; they could do without the rest of the use of the people themselves. They suck!! Total lack of service, total carelessness, hateful, I've filed a lawsuit on them. And plan on winning!!
Will be back – What else can I say?... Unexpected dryer problems and a lot of laudry to do. Shop was open on Saturday to pick up part for a DIY repair. Dryer is back up and going. I spent less than I would have to purchase the part online with standard shipping. I am not one to post reviews... but my experience was more than pleasant and I always prefer to buy local. I will be back.
wonderful service – Was absolutely amazed on how fast they were able come and fix my washer when i called. The younger guy who I spoke to when I called was able to get me scheduled that same afternoon and thankfully they had the part with them to fix the machine so I could get my laundry done without having to wait several days for parts. The service technician was very nice as well. Definately will be calling these guys the next time I have a problem with anything in my home.
NOTHING GOOD HERE! – THIS BUSINESS IS NOTHING BUT A SHAM STEALING THEIR HARD WORKING, CUSTOMERS MONEY. MONEY WHICH HAS BEEN CAREFULLY SAVED FOR APPLIANCE REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENTS. WE TRIED DOING BUSINESS WITH A LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS ONLY TO HAVE OUR MONEY STOLEN (THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS) WITH NO EXPLANATION OR ANYTHING! GRRR!
Better B Bureau is a JOKE! – –noun, plural thieves. a person who steals, esp. secretly or without open force; one guilty of theft or larceny. I've also tried to take my complaints to the BETTER B BUREAU - they are a huge joke. It seems as long as your paying the BBBureau they don't care that companies are dishonest in their dealings. costly repair did nothing – I had my maytag washer repaired by benchmark, after a huge bill the washer continued to be broken. The exact same problem. I called the other maytag company out and got it fix for less than 1/2 $ of what benchmark stole from me.
Awful – This company doesn't do what they say, they ripped me off for over 2000 and won't talk to me about repairs or replacement, they are running from me and thier business is stacked with owners making it dissicult for my attny to get to the bottom of it all!
THE WORST CO. EVER – Take it from me, unless you to want to spend an additional $6k getting damaged appliances -I've spent $11000. appliances because of the LOW quality of work..this is 1 place you shouldn't give your hard earned money as they don't care about anyone but HIS bottom line. Come to find out he hasn't even been the BUSINESS OWNER to work hard to earn a reputation over the years of being in business, but, however, bought this "business" from SOMEONE!
