John has 30+ years in the trade and it really shows. They had to remove particle board subfloor and replace with plywood. He took humidity and moisture readings and stated we had to boil water until I could get a humidifier. He racked out all the wood on the floor and performed a true acclimation so the floors would rest in their exact locations. I live all the way in Lapeer and he came out through the holidays on time. John and Keith did an amazing job re-staining our hardwood floors!! Friendly, affordable and listen to what you want. Everyday they worked they made sure to clean up after themselves & checked in with us during every step. The floors came out exactly how we wanted and couldn’t be happier.
Benchmark did an excellent job installing new base and shoe molding and re staining my hard wood floors! I could not be happier with their service. They’re very informative and friendly . Happy customer! We are very pleased with our floors and the experience working with Benchmark Wood Floors. They have competitive pricing, dependable, and do quality work. We had are floors refinished and added hard wood to another room where a wall was removed. You cannot tell the old from the new. It is seamless where he filled in to meet the existing floor. They made our experience easy and an enjoyable one!
