John & Keith (Benchmark Wood floors) did an amazing job refinishing our 28 year old hardwood floors. Wasn't sure on the color so John brought out my 4 color choices and laid them on the floor. He worked around our vacation so we would be out of the house during staining and the finish coats. Turned out beautiful! Hardly any dust. Thanks again for the great job!
Benchmark wood floors did a wonderful job on our new house. Hardwood that was carpeted over and in rough shape was transformed into beautiful new floors. The price was very reasonable, and the work was done cleanly and with attention to detail. Additionally their schedule was very convenient. I would highly recommend.

Several rooms were resurfaced and several rooms had new hardwood floors installed. Everything came out perfect! You can not tell the original resurfaced floors from the new ones even side by side. Everything was done very fast and without any issues. I would highly recommend Benchmark Floors to anyone! They explained everything that would be done throughout the process so I would know what was going on. I could not be happier. Mike
