Our goal was to refinish our floors and change them from the golden oak color of the 90s to a warmer brown tone. After comparing bids, we chose Benchmark Wood Floors because they fit our budget and timeline, and we appreciated working with a local Shelby Township business. My floors are AMAZING! They did a fabulous job, professional, reliable, easy to work with and goes the extra step. They brought back floors that had huge gouges out, filled in cracks and you don’t even know they were damages as bad as they were. John was very amazing in his professionalism in showing up on time doing an amazing job with my wood floors they turned out wonderful he is honest and answered all my questions without hesitation I would highly recommend him for any job you have we are very pleased with him and his work we live in Clinton twp and would not hesitate to have him do more work for us
One of the greatest joys is finding someone to do work in your home that is honest, keeps you informed, and is very competent. John is all of that, and kind. I highly recommend this business.
