So happy with the great service and quick install. Benchmark did all 5 new basement windows and 1 egress install in the downstairs bedroom. Fantastic job!

Nick and Benchmark Window and Doors were prompt in assessing my housing/window issues. Parts were ordered and installed in a reasonable amount of time. Nick was professional and kind. I just had the guys from Benchmark Windows install 3 windows at my home. They did an awesome job and went above and beyond to also troubleshoot and fix a problem area with one of the windows; a problem that I had been dealing with for years with previous windows. Their knowledge and expertise made the process go very smoothly, and I am very happy with the work done! Thank you so much!
Find somewhere else to do your business. Their after sales service is worse than terrible. Someone was supposed to have ordered a replacement interior door for me, and 2 1/2 months later, I find out it hasn’t even been ordered yet. There is zero follow up from them and the gal that answers the phone is rude!
