The receptionist completely lacked empathy. My 3 year old had a gash on his eye dripping blood…. And instead of getting out her seat to check and visually examine him for her questionnaire.. she just sat there, she didn’t even bother to look at him. Then she had a nasty attitude towards me when I tried to clarify if he could be helped. Wouldn’t ever go back there. Can’t trust people like that.
It was my first visit and my reason for being there was minor, so not much to really be able to evaluate them, but setting the appointment up online was a snap, the office was clean, the staff friendly, and I was in and out in 30 minutes with prescription. They even called me a couple of days later to see how I was doing and I thought that was a nice touch. Thankfully I was able to report I was doing much better! P.S. I received an email later stating that this location is now permanently closed!
Fantastic service and care from the front desk staff to the amazingly kind and caring nurse practitioner. This did not feel like a typical urgent care. Thanks guys!
Clean, large waiting area. I visited here 2x in one week. Once for myself, and today for my son. Both times we were in and out within 2 hrs. Would have been a 4+ hr wait at the ER or my medical clinic's urgent care. Very impressed with the professionalism of doctors & other staff.
