Chelsey needed to update a settlement statement so a deal that was supposed to close 4 days early could close. She had what she needed at 10:42 am. I emailed her a few times a few hours later and then called at 2pm from a backup number she didn't know (she wouldn't answer my cell or emails). She said she was too busy to plug in and update a few numbers. Now I am postponed another day for something that has nothing to do with me. Mediocre service.
