I helped get my grandson his first car from Benchmark in Asheville, we have had nothing but problems with this car.I have bought several cars from this Benchmark with no problems. Just got his car from the service department on Thurs after them having his car for almost 2 weeks, got home and its smoking from from under the hood again!!! Do not let this awful place make you another victim. Their model is designed entirely to squeeze as much as they can from those with the least in this life. They leased us a 2009 Toyota Camry with over 100,000 miles on it, and by the end, we would have paid a staggering $24,000 without even owning the vehicle. Charging brand-new car prices for a high-mileage, 17-year-old vehicle is outright extortion. But it gets worse. Bad place to get a car from
This was a first [in my lifetime] that an auto shop has treated me like they actually cared about my safety in my vehicle. I wasn't expecting the amount kindness and caring from Milo. It's like playing Russian roulette with auto shops, you hope for the best,but after so many disappointments, you expect disappointments. Milo was the diamond in the rough for me🤗. Thank you Milo!
