I highly recommend this company. So efficient and knowledgeable. Come on time and stayed till they fixed everything. Done things they didn't have to for free..you couldn't ask for better service .
Would say not the best place to go if you’re looking for help to get a car. They don’t even communicate well so the lady at the desk knows what’s going on when asked certain questions. But (Tara) was very helpful and nice!

I experienced amazing same day customer service from this customer. My niece and nephew were about five min late arriving after the technician, but he was very understanding and finished the job quick. I would absolutely recommend Benchmark Air to others.
