I had a power outage on Saturday 9/28/2013. One of the electronics effected by this was my DSC PK5508 LED Keypad. I do not know the extent of damage, it could be the main control panel and or transformer. All I know is I need a technician to diagnose the situation, and Benchmark installed this product at my home as part of new construction. When I called Benchmark, one of the owners treated me with complete disrespect.
