Do not use this company!!! The execution and material used to replace my siding was nothing spectacular. They were the highest bid, so I believed them when he said they are a high quality company. My siding went on scratched from the manufacturer, manufacturer states it meets their quality control. Benchmark said they won’t buy from them anymore but that does nothing for me. Horrible company they did my storm damage roof siding gutters the gutters were not installed correctly so water ran off the front not down the drains I had to hire another company to install new gutters the siding is not seamless it looks so bad and pc of siding kept popping off I had to nail it just unprofessional work don’t go with this company if you want quality work done
I had a wonderful experience with Terry, William amd the whe crew. Terry was rj best advocate I could have with my insurance. He made sure they pay for the entire roof Our roof was in a very bad condition due to the unwillingness from our insurance to pay for repairs over a year, but Terry worked all out and got a good settlement. Let me begin by saying that Vickie and Dan at Benchmark set the standard in what a contractor should be. This team keeps me in the loop with updates and pertinent information on my project. I never felt that I was waiting on updates or I was just “another customer” to them. The team at Benchmark make you feel like you’re their sole customer and that your problem is their problem.
