I needed a roof replacement ASAP for a tenant with a serious roof leak. I called Benchmark Roofers, snd Michael immediately sent someone to assess the damage. He gave me a very fair price to replace the roof, and started 2 days later. The completed roof is very professionally done (he took pictures with a drone!!) andthe roof was completed just in time for a deluge. Michael’s crew cleaned up when the job was done. I’m very pleased with the new roof. Benchmark and Michael were a pleasure to work with!
There was a big storm recently and we noticed a large leak in our ceiling. Justin was incredibly helpful in assessing our roof and came out the next day with a drone to checkout the property. He was very thorough and provided visuals of the roof as well. He helped rule out potential roof issues as the cause for the leak. We will definitely be using Benchmarks services again in the future.
I'm a new home owner and we very quickly had to replace the roof which was daunting. Benchmark Roofers were fantastic to work with and did a great job. They were very professional, responsive and knowledgeable in helping us to figure out our problem and how to fix it, including picking shingles, style etc. They completed the roof in one day (very efficiently), and the result is excellent.
